• "(h)   The town of Beaudesert being the area within the following boundaries:

   

  Commencing at the intersection of Waters Creek and the Mount Lindesay Highway; then along Waters Creek in a westerly direction until its junction with the Logan River; then along a line due south to its intersection with Thiedeke Road; then in a straight line to the junction of the Beaudesert-Nerang Road and Brooklands Street; and then in a straight line to the point of commencement.".
